3.3.7 Mental health support for staff(2024)

MCUT provides the faculty and staff with the mental health supports proactively, including (1) employing an on-campus psychiatrist who makes monthly announcements (excluding winter and summer breaks) and provides free consultation appointments, and depending on the evaluation results, the psychiatrist can assist in direct referrals to specialized hospitals for treatment; (2) holding free seminars and activities on mental health and guidance skills for a total of 15 sessions attended by about 525 people to provide the faculty and staff with the mental counseling and ability to express themselves; (3) employing physicians to visit the school every 2 months to provide physical and mental health counseling and referral services without charge; (4) executing the injury and disease care plan, extended to a total of 32 faculty and staff; and (5) organizing the workplace misconduct prevention seminar for one session.
