To foster better relationships among colleagues, create a positive team environment, and enhance the quality of teaching and administrative services, we have established the "Committee of Faculty Welfare." This committee consists of dedicated colleagues recommended by each department. The chairperson, secretary-general, and relevant members of this committee are elected by their peers. The committee is responsible for organizing regular sports activities for faculty and staff, providing cash gifts to celebrate three festivals, offering birthday coupons, hosting year-end dinner parties, and arranging group trips for faculty and staff.
