17.4.4 Sustainability Literacy(2024)
In 2024, in order to assess students’ literacy toward sustainable development, MCUT designed and distributed the core competency questionnaire for fresh graduates (self-assessment form) to verify their learning results and competencies during semesters. The questionnaires for various departments have included questions about the student’s literacy toward sustainable development. Meanwhile, the common questions were designed, including 1. “Please select 5 SDGs most familiar to you.” and 2. “Please select 3 most relevant SGDs based on the courses attended by you.” By standardizing the questions and making cross-departmental comparisons, MCUT fed back course and teaching improvements precisely.
