MCUT centers on SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, establishing end-to-end governance across procurement–use–recovery. We promote sustainable procurement and eco-labeled products, strengthen supplier compliance, and implement campus-wide sorting, resource recovery, and secondhand circulation while rigorously managing and disclosing laboratory/hazardous waste. Through education campaigns and audits, we drive behavior change to raise recycling and reuse rates, reduce waste intensity, and advance a circular economy on campus and in the community.
