MCUT centers SDG 7 by advancing renewable energy and energy efficiency. We have completed a solar-storage microgrid (30 kWp PV; 100 kW/200 kWh) and additional PV deployment, expanded smart meters and an energy monitoring platform, and replaced LEDs and HVAC while enabling night-time energy-saving modes for drinking fountains, reducing electricity use and tCO₂e. MCUT publishes an energy policy, implements ISO 50001 with verified energy/GHG inventories, discloses EUI and on-site generation, and continues progressing toward net zero.
