52.2% of MCUT’s faculty and staff stay in the school dormitory, helping reduce energy consumption from commuting. MCUT allows telecommuting and has built a complete cloud-based administrative system, enabling all faculty and staff to work from anywhere in the world or at home. This minimizes employee commuting and increases administrative efficiency. MCUT has also set up a video conferencing system. In addition to providing the faculty and staff with access to online meetings, MCUT also provides teachers and students with access to online courses during their internship. Therefore, all of the members may minimize the commuting hours.
