Ming Chi University of Technology (MCUT) has implemented a diverse communication mechanism to address stakeholders' expectations and concerns, serving as a driving force for MCUT's continuous improvement and progress. Utilizing the quantitative approach of the Account Ability 1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard: 2015 (AA1000SES: 2015), and guided by the five principles namely dependence, responsibility, influence, diverse perspectives, and tension, MCUT evaluates the level of stakeholder influence on the university's operations. This process involves collaborative efforts among various units to identify seven primary stakeholder groups: students, faculty members, parents, alumni, organizations providing internships, suppliers, and communities.
