MCUT centers on SDG 13 and aligns with the TCFD’s four pillars—governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics/targets. We have set net zero by 2050 and a 20% emissions reduction by 2026, conduct annual inventories, and disclose Scopes 1–3. MCUT advances energy policy and renewable/efficiency measures (microgrid, smart meters, LED retrofits, HVAC upgrades) to lower EUI and tCO₂e, and strengthens climate-adaptation actions (slope/building monitoring, earthquake early warning, flood response and drills) to enhance campus resilience.
