In addition to faculty, staff, and students, MCUT Library is also open to the general public for reading and searching for books on computer. In an effort to expand the service scope, MCUT has joined the Nationwide Document Delivery System to provide members of the Taipei Public Main Library and New Taipei City Library with access to the application or interlibrary loan of books from MCUT’s library. In 2024, the number of books, periodicals, and audiovisual materials in the library was 157,172 and there were 372 seats for reading and 4 group discussion rooms and audiovisual centers. All services (including guided tours) are free. MCUT also provides barrier-free and user-friendly services to assist with access to the library and consulting services and accepts requests for admission to the library from disadvantaged groups and foreign readers.
