1. Medium- and long-term plan: Promote comprehensive improvement of the teaching, research and counseling at Ming Chi University of Technology (MCUT).
2. Set every five years as a cycle. Make rolling revision every year. The latest plan was made for the academic years of 2022-2026.
3. Higher Education Sprout Project: Promote innovation and practical teaching, and facilitate integration of the international and local education.
Continue to implement the Teaching Excellence Project and Higher Education Sprout Project. The latest plan was made for the academic years of 2023-2027.
4. TAISE Sustainable Development Proposal
In 2022 MCUT signed the proposal with TAISE (Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy).
In line with the national Net Zero Project, it is planned to reduce carbon emissions by 20% in 2026, and reach the target goal of net zero carbon emissions in 2043.
