6. Awards

1.  In 2013 MCUT was given the Excellent Energy-Saving Award by the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

2.  In 2014 MCUT joined the Green University Union of Taiwan, and signed the Talloires Declaration to develop itself as a green university.

3.  In 2018-2019 MCUT won the first runner-up prize in the Start-up Category of the Dubai World Challenge for Self-Driving Transport.

4.  MCUT won the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Award (TCSA).

In 2015 and 2022, MCUT won the Silver Award for Sustainability Report.

In 2022 MCUT’s Support Local Enterprises Plan won the Silver Award (SDG9’s industrialization, innovation and infrastructure); and MCUT’s Support Local Arts, Culture and Disadvantaged Groups Project won the Bronze Award (SDG10’s reduced inequalities).
