update date : 2026-07-15

I. In recent years, ESG investment has become a mainstream market trend, while the promotion of corporate sustainability has gained widespread momentum and become a prominent focus of contemporary business management. It not only enhances corporate image, reputation, and brand value, but also creates new ESG value for companies, strengthens supply chain relationships, and enables companies to benefit in the investment market. For enterprises seeking to effectively implement Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) principles, cultivating ESG professionals will be key to creating sustainable corporate value.

II. In recent years, the Financial Supervisory Commission has actively promoted corporate sustainable development, emphasizing the importance of corporate governance and information transparency. Beginning in 2025, all listed and over-the-counter companies are required to prepare sustainability reports and complete the required filing by the end of August of the same year. In addition, to enhance the quality and credibility of sustainability information, the Financial Supervisory Commission has incorporated sustainability information management into the mandatory internal control audit items for listed and over-the-counter companies. In the process of preparing sustainability reports, enterprises must also ensure that investors and stakeholders are provided with comprehensive information regarding their sustainable business operations.

III. Through explanations and analyses of the evaluation criteria for the TCSA Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards, the Corporate Sustainability Elite Training Program aims to enhance enterprises’ ability to assess the quality of sustainability reports and the strengths and weaknesses of sustainability performance cases, thereby deepening the substance of corporate sustainability disclosures. It is hoped that this program will be included as a preferred option in your organization’s annual ESG talent development curriculum.

IV. The program is intended for managers and frontline personnel who plan to publish or continue improving corporate sustainability reports and corporate sustainability performance. Course sessions are listed on the official event website. The beginner and advanced courses each consist of one full-day session from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

V. Participants who complete both the beginner and advanced training courses and pass the online assessment and trial evaluation may be appointed as trainee volunteer judges for the “TCSA Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards.”
